What Is the 20 Valuations Pack?

The 20 valuations pack is a prepaid set of 20 indicative estimates, designed for anyone who needs to value multiple objects at once. Whether you're sorting through an inherited collection, building inventory for resale, or preparing documentation before insurance or sale, this pack delivers rapid, structured estimates without the cost of individual appraisals.

You pay €39.99 once — no subscription, no automatic renewal, no hidden fees. Each estimate deducts one credit from your balance. Your 20 credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase, and you can use them at your own pace. The pack is ideal if you're valuing 10 to 20 objects in a defined timeframe; if you expect to value more than 10 objects every month, consider the Pro plan (€19.99/month, includes 15 estimates/month).

Every estimate includes a full PDF report with an indicative value, market context, and condition assessment. This is not an official appraisal—ArtValue delivers indicative estimates to help you understand the possible value of your objects and support your own decision-making.

Sort and Inventory an Estate

Inherited a house full of art, furniture, silver, or collectables? The 20-pack lets you quickly photograph and estimate each significant item without paying per estimate. You can prioritize which pieces to keep, donate, or sell, and you'll have documented valuations to share with co-heirs or your legal advisor.

Start with objects you recognize: signed paintings, named makers in furniture, hallmarked silver, or watches with visible makers' marks. ArtValue is strongest on identifiable, signed pieces. Once you've catalogued the core collection, you'll have a clear picture of the estate's scope and can decide whether to call in a specialist appraiser for high-value items or unusual categories.

The 12-month validity means you can work through the estate methodically—photograph a batch this week, value them next week, and revisit your notes as you finalize decisions about distribution or sale.

Estimate Multiple Objects for Resale

Dealers, estate-sale professionals, and resellers often acquire 10–20 objects at a time from auctions, house clearances, or online marketplaces. Before listing or negotiating a lot, you need ballpark valuations to set realistic asking prices and spot hidden value.

The 20-pack gives you 20 rapid indicative estimates—one per object—without accumulating the cost of single estimates (€2.99 each). Use the estimates to benchmark your asking prices against recent public market data, identify objects worth professional cataloguing, and flag any pieces outside ArtValue's scope (such as stamps, coins, or post-1900 arms) for specialist handling.

Remaining credits don't expire until 12 months after purchase, so you can value a summer acquisition batch, revisit them in autumn, and still have flexibility if your sourcing patterns change.

Document Your Collection Before Insurance or Sale

Collectors often need a documented inventory of their holdings—for insurance, estate planning, or when preparing to sell part or all of a collection. The 20-pack provides a structured, timestamped record of 20 objects with indicative valuations and full PDF reports, all stored in your secure ArtValue account.

Whether you're cataloguing 20 prints, a mix of watches and jewellery, or a rotating selection of sculptures and textiles, you can build your inventory methodically. Each report includes the estimated value, market context, and object description, which you can use as a starting point for insurance schedules or as supporting documentation when discussing a sale with a dealer or auction house.

Share the timeline with your accountant, insurance broker, or heirs. The 12-month validity window gives you ample time to complete your documentation without pressure, and you can purchase a second pack if needed—additional packs extend your credit validity by a further 12 months.

How the 20-Pack Works: Step by Step

1. Purchase. Add the 20-pack to your cart and check out securely with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You'll pay €39.99 including VAT as a one-off charge. No subscription, no automatic renewal.

2. Credits Appear. Your 20 credits are instantly added to your account. You'll see your remaining balance and the expiry date (12 months from purchase) in your account dashboard.

3. Upload and Estimate. For each object, take a photo, add a brief description, and submit. ArtValue returns an indicative estimate in about 60 seconds. One credit is deducted per estimate. The full PDF report is included.

4. Track Your Balance. Your account always shows how many credits you have left and when they expire. Automatic reminders are sent 30 days and 7 days before expiry.

5. Refunds and Expiry. If you purchase another pack before your credits expire, the new credits are added to your balance and the expiry date extends by 12 months from the new purchase. Expired credits cannot be revived. Credits are personal, tied to your account, and non-transferable. If you also hold a Pro subscription, monthly Pro estimates are consumed first, and pack credits are used once Pro estimates are exhausted.

Important: If an object is outside ArtValue's scope (such as coins, stamps, or musical instruments), it is not valued and no credit is charged. Every estimate is indicative and non-binding; it does not replace an official appraisal by a certified expert or auctioneer.

Pricing: The 20-Pack vs. Alternatives

Here's how the 20-pack stacks up against other ways to use ArtValue:

Single Estimates: New users get 1 free estimate, then €2.99 per estimate. For 20 objects, that would cost €59.80 (or €57.81 if you use the free one)—more than 45% pricier than the pack.

10-Pack (€24.99): Costs €2.50 per estimate. If you need to value 20 objects, you'd buy two 10-packs for €49.98, still €10 more than the 20-pack. Use the 10-pack if you're unsure how many estimates you'll need, or to test the service.

20-Pack (€39.99): Works out to €2.00 per estimate. Best value if you have a known batch of 10–20 objects to value in the next 12 months. Credits never expire during the validity window, so there's no rush.

Pro Plan (€19.99/month): Includes 15 estimates per month, then €2.99 each. Makes sense only if you expect to value 10+ objects every month consistently. If you value 20 objects once or twice a year, the pack is far more cost-effective. If you sign up for Pro and also own a pack, Pro monthly estimates are consumed first.

What the 20-Pack Includes

20 Indicative Estimates: Each powered by AI analysis of your photo, returning a value range and market context in roughly 60 seconds.

Full PDF Reports: Each estimate includes a downloadable, timestamped PDF report with the estimated value, condition notes, comparable recent sales, and object description. These reports are ideal for insurance, resale documentation, or estate records.

12-Month Validity: Use your 20 credits at any pace within 12 months of purchase. No pressure, no monthly quotas.

Secure Account Storage: All your valuations, reports, and account balance are stored in your personal ArtValue account, accessible anytime.

Automatic Reminders: You'll receive notifications 30 days and 7 days before your credits expire, so you don't lose unused estimates.

No Hidden Fees: The €39.99 price is final. No subscription charges, no auto-renewal, no credit card re-billing. If you buy another pack later, it's another one-time payment, and your credit validity extends accordingly.

Important: ArtValue is Indicative, Not Official

ArtValue delivers indicative estimates based on public market data and AI analysis of your photograph. These estimates are not official appraisals, legal valuations, insurance assessments, notarial certificates, or the judgment of a certified expert or auctioneer. They do not guarantee a sale price or legal standing in any transaction.

ArtValue is designed to help you understand the possible value range of an object and support your own research and decision-making. If you need an official appraisal—for insurance, legal proceedings, auction purposes, or high-value items—always consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

The 20-pack is ideal for collectors who want clarity on what they own, dealers pricing inventory, or families organizing an estate. It's not a substitute for professional expertise, but a starting point for informed conversation.

What ArtValue Can and Cannot Value

What ArtValue Values
Paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, and sculptures; antique and design furniture; jewellery and wristwatches; silverware, ceramics, and glassware; textiles; antique books and manuscripts; and collectable arms predating 1900. Objects must be identifiable or signed for best results.
What ArtValue Refuses
Coins, stamps, musical instruments, wine, natural history items, and arms made after 1900. If an object falls outside scope, no credit is charged and no estimate is given.
🎯
Signed & Identifiable Objects
ArtValue excels when you can photograph a maker's mark, signature, hallmark, or known artist attribution. Anonymous or heavily damaged items may return broader value ranges.
📸
Clear Photography Matters
A sharp, well-lit photo of the front, back (if relevant), and any maker's marks dramatically improves estimate accuracy. Blurry or obscured images may yield less precise results.
🏷️
Condition Affects Value Significantly
Describe visible damage, wear, repairs, or restoration in your submission. ArtValue's estimate takes condition into account, but severe damage may widen the value range.
📊
Public Market Data, Not Real-Time Prices
Estimates are informed by recent auction results and dealer listings, refreshed periodically. They reflect general market trends, not live, minute-by-minute price quotes.

FAQ

How long are my 20 estimates valid?
Your 20 credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You'll receive reminder notifications 30 days and 7 days before expiry. If you purchase another pack before expiry, the new credits are added and the validity period extends by 12 months from the new purchase date.
Can I return or refund the 20-pack if I'm not satisfied?
ArtValue offers a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, as outlined in our terms of sale. Any estimates you've already used will be deducted from your refund. Once all 20 estimates have been used, the right of withdrawal ends. Please refer to the full terms for details on your consumer rights.
Can I transfer my pack credits to another person?
No. Pack credits are personal and tied to your ArtValue account. They cannot be transferred, shared, or sold to another user. Each person must purchase their own pack or use their own account.
What happens if an object is refused or out of scope?
If an object falls outside ArtValue's scope—such as coins, stamps, musical instruments, or post-1900 arms—no estimate is generated and no credit is charged. You'll receive a brief explanation of why the object cannot be valued, and your credit balance remains unchanged.
Does the 20-pack include the full PDF report?
Yes. Each of your 20 estimates includes a full, downloadable PDF report with the indicative value, market context, condition notes, and comparable sales data. The free estimate (for new users) comes with a watermarked report; paid estimates—including those from a pack—include the complete report.
